The Consolidated Utilities Billing and Service (CUBS) Division provides billing, collection, and call-center services for the Departments that provide utilities (refuse, water, sewer and stormwater drainage). We have over 306,000 customers that receive any combination of these services.

We also maintain the Utility Customer Service Call Center. Our Center handles approximately 30,000 customer calls and 1,200 web inquiries per month regarding utility services and billing issues.
